These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShuleBrain website (the "Site"), the ShuleBrain DSK desktop application ("ShuleBrain DSK" or the "Software"), and any related services made available by NewVemo Technology ("NewVemo Technology", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and maintainer of ShuleBrain. By visiting the Site, downloading the Software, or otherwise using ShuleBrain, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Software.
ShuleBrain is an advanced school and result management system built by NewVemo Technology. It is made up of two connected parts: ShuleBrain DSK, a desktop application that schools install and run locally to manage results, timetables, fees, hostel life, the library, attendance, examinations, communication, staff duty rosters, ID cards, and certificates; and this website, which provides information about ShuleBrain, hosts examination results published by schools (Zonal, Mock, and Joint examinations), offers the Template Creator tool, publishes blog content, and lets you download the Software or contact our team.

The public areas of the Site do not require an account. The Admin Dashboard is restricted to individuals authorized by NewVemo Technology and is not available for public self-registration. If you are given administrator credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at shulebrain@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NewVemo Technology grants your school or organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use ShuleBrain DSK on your own devices for the purpose of managing your school's records. When you use the contact form, you submit your name, email address, physical address, mobile number, subject, and message. This information is sent to our team (via our email delivery provider) so that we can respond to your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.
Examination results displayed on the Site — including Zonal, Mock, and Joint examination results — are uploaded by schools through ShuleBrain DSK, not by members of the public. The school that owns and uploads a given result set is responsible for the accuracy of that data and for ensuring it has the right to publish it, including any necessary consents from students, parents, or guardians under applicable law. NewVemo Technology acts as a technical host and processor of this data on the school's behalf and does not independently verify its accuracy. If you believe examination data about you or a student in your care has been published in error, please contact us using the details in Section 17 and we will work with the relevant school to review it.
The Site, the Software, the ShuleBrain name and logo, and all associated design, text, graphics, and code (excluding third-party libraries used under their own licenses, and content owned by schools) are the property of NewVemo Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.
The Site relies on third-party infrastructure to operate, including Supabase (database and hosting), EmailJS (contact form delivery), GitHub (software release hosting), and various open-source JavaScript libraries delivered via content delivery networks. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or website.
ShuleBrain DSK is provided as a downloadable installer. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the requirements listed on the Download page before installing. We may release updated versions of the Software from time to time; installing updates is recommended but, unless otherwise stated, remains your choice. We are not responsible for issues arising from running an outdated version of the Software.
The Site and the Software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewVemo Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NewVemo Technology, its staff, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or the Software, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, the Admin Dashboard, or your license to use the Software at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site or the Software after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
